Yoga wheels can be used by both beginners and advanced yogis to support their body as they extend into a pose. Yoga wheels can also be used for perfecting balance poses.
Yoga wheels are also used extensively for back support and heart openers. With a little creativity there is little you cannot do with a yoga wheel.
