Interested in yoga? All of my classes include options to make them more or less challenging. Particular attention is paid to alignment to keep you safe throughout your practice. Appropriate modifications are offered. If you have anything going on with your body that I should be aware of, please let me know before class begins, so that appropriate modifications can be provided. Contact me for a Zoom invite.
Yoga Balanced is a vinyasa flow class, options will be provided to make the class more or less challenging. Listen to your body and you do you! Modifications are also provided for those who require accommodations.
A flow designed for specifically for athletes, tends to be slow and deep, but can also provide a challenge. Lots of options and modifications are provided so that everyone can participate.
A melding of barre and a yoga flow. Feel the burn then stretch it out. A full body workout, with lots of options to make it more or less challenging.
Designed for everyone. Slow flow, is a slower vinyasa class that covers the whole body, keeping in mind not all our bodies like to move quickly.
Ocassional fun pop-ups with themes (above is glowga), mix it up and do things a little different. Always fun! Check under workshops or send an email.

7:30 AM - 8:30 AM - 1 Hour Class - KAIZEN
A combination of barre and yoga, full body workout and wonderful stretch! Followed by Athletes Yoga, slow and deep.
