What is Vinyasa Yoga?

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing practice that connects poses (or asanas) with smooth flowing seamless transitions. Vinyasa yoga also links breath to movement as you flow from one pose to another. 

Unlike some other yoga styles, Vinyasa yoga does not have a fixed set of movements. Vinyasa yoga classes are dynamic and offer a variety of poses and classes with different sequences and flows.
